Booking rules

Visits: free-siding-estimate (60 min), storm-damage-inspection (45 min), siding-repair-assessment (30 min). All are free.
Times: Monday to Friday at 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00 Eastern (America/Indiana/Indianapolis), from the next weekday up to 45 days ahead.
The address ZIP must be in the service area (check with /api/service-area).
Set "consent": true only after the homeowner has agreed to this exact time and to be contacted by phone.
The response returns a booking reference. The office calls the homeowner within one business day to confirm.

In the browser (WebMCP)

Pages register WebMCP tools through navigator.modelContext when the browser supports it: list_services, get_prices, check_service_area, get_open_times and book_visit. The contact and ZIP forms also carry declarative toolname attributes.

Questions people ask

Does an agent booking need a CAPTCHA?

No. Agent bookings go through the JSON API or MCP server without Turnstile. They are rate-limited, must use a service-area ZIP code, and must confirm the homeowner agreed to the booking. The office confirms every booking by phone.

Is there a cost to use the API?

No. The API, MCP server and WebMCP tools are free and need no key. Please send a descriptive User-Agent.
