> We collect only what we need to schedule and quote your project, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

## What we collect

- **When you book a visit:** your name, phone, email, the address and ZIP code of the house, your notes, and the time you chose.

- **When you send a message:** your name, phone, email, ZIP code and message.

- **When an AI assistant books for you:** the same booking details, which the assistant sends on your behalf.

## Why we use it

To confirm your appointment, visit your home, prepare your quote and answer your questions. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

## Where it is stored

Bookings and messages are stored in a Cloudflare database and emailed to our office. We keep them as long as needed for your project and our business records.

## Services that see some data

- **Cloudflare** hosts the site and runs Turnstile, the security check on our forms that tells people from bots.

- **Google Fonts** serves the typeface, which means your browser requests it from Google.

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
